I just read on the other Disney fan site about Disneyland Paris signed a deal extension with the French government good through to 2030. The project will include the sale of 10,000 housing units on site. I am going bet some of them will be DVC. What do you guys think about that plan?
I read a third theme park, a new housing development and a vacation development. It was in the Wall Street Journal Corporate Watch Section. Wasn't sure if that meant DVC or not. The small blurb didn't give much information. Will be interesting to watch how it unfolds.
I think so much depends on the economy. Right now it might not be the best investment for Disney but who know what the future holds. I think the bottom line is that if Disney feels they can make money from it they will do it.
Neato!
Wish they would do TDR first before Paris... Tokyo is A LOT better and you need lots more days to cover the parks compared to DLP which you could probably do in 3 days tops.

That's true but OLC have let DVC set up shop there... so I'm crossing my fingers that they would eventually build one or add on to one of the hotels...
