What are the chances of me being able to hop back into DL after the WOC in DCA? Should not be take the chance and stay in DL the entire day, or should I go back to DL early in the afternoon?

What are the chances of me being able to hop back into DL after the WOC in DCA? Should not be take the chance and stay in DL the entire day, or should I go back to DL early in the afternoon?

Pretty much non-existent. If you want to be in DL for the night you'll need to stay there. We head over to DCA around 3 pm when DL gets too packed but it is with the understanding that we're done with DL for the day. (But midnight in DCA is *really* nice.)
