7:30. Through security and get in line.
7:45. Through turnstiles and wait for rope drop by Adventureland.
8:00. Park opens.
8:05. Posted 10 for Indy; off at 8:24.
8:28. Posted 15 for Jungle Cruise. Off at 8:44.
8:48. BTMRR 15 minute posted. Actual was 10.
9:06. Posted 25 or 5 for Pirates. Sign said 25, app said 5. App updated to 20 while in line. Actual 15.
9:45. Haunted Mansion jumped to 35, so we did Pooh. Pretty much a walk on.
10:00-10:30. Explored Galaxy’s Edge. Rise around 10:45. More exploring. Blue and green milk. Ronto.
11:35. Posted 40 for SR. Made preshow at 12:05. Off at 12:19.
12:38. Posted 10 for tea cups. Actual 7.
12:55. Posted 30 for Star Tours. Actual 20.
1:35. In line at Tropical Hideaway.
2:45. Called for webslingers and checked in.
3:45 Road webslinger. Line in sun sucks.
4:00. Back to hotel for break.

7:30. Posted 30 for Matterhorn. Actual 30.
8:15. Stake out a spot for Mickey’s Mix.
9:15. Took leisurely stroll through Galaxy’s Edge.

This is great! Thanks for the detailed list. Did you walk in through the Harbor side? Where did you watch fireworks and how crowded was it when waiting?

Hi there! Yep. Walked in through Harbor side. We set up in front of Small World at about 8:20. Great place to see the projections and fireworks are super close and loud from there.

How was Home2Suites? Do they offer anything breakfast-wise? How long was the walk? What is the route one takes?

What are your thoughts on the Home2 Suites? It looks like the most-recent reviews have been more positive and they've restored the buffet breakfast instead of grab and go. Is the pool done yet?
