Disneyland Newbie

Hello everyone! I am thinking of surprising my daughter with a couple of days in Disneyland on our way back from Hawaii this June. How do tickets work if I want to take her to both parks? Will a 2 day ticket work for either park (reservation permitting) like at DW? Or do I have to buy 1 day at DL, and 1 day at CA? We're DVC and travel to DW multiple times a year, but we've never been to DL before. Also any recommendations on where to stay that won't break the bank after 2 weeks in Hawaii? TIA!

A two day ticket will work for either park but you'll need to choose which park/which day when you make your park reservations. Or you could get hoppers.

There are alot of nice hotels across the street on harbor Blvd, it depends what you're looking for. Popular ones are Best Western Park Place Inn, Park Vue, Hojo or Courtyard Marriott Theme park entrance. You have lots of choices

I highly recommend hoppers as the parks are right across from each other, and you can move between them freely after 1 PM.

Agree. DCA is VERY hard to fill an entire day at right now. Maybe that will change once more shows come back.
