Disneyland mobile app- problems

Okay, so I'll be there tomorrow. I downloaded the mobile app to my android phone. When I tried to sign in, it won't accept my password. So I thought I needed to create a new account. When I did this, the password protocol is different needs 2 of each of letters, numbers and symbols. Went through all of the requirements, and it tells me there is already an account with my email address. Of course there is, my WDW account uses my email address. I can sign in to DCA online using my WDW credentials, but not the mobile app.

Any suggestions?
 
I don't know if this will help since I have an iPhone, but whenever the DLR app gives me grief, which is often enough, deleting and reinstalling it clears up the trouble. Hope this works for you!
 
Did you reset the password on your original Disneyland account? That’s where I’d start. If that doesn’t work I’d then make a new account with a new email address and see if that works.
 
Do you have the most updated version of the app? This happened to me and I needed to update.
 

This happened to me as well. I uninstalled and reinstalled.
