Disneyland Meet Info - 2/23-2/25

<font face="Comic Sans MS"><font color=navy>Here's the info on the Disneyland Meets for this weekend. Please post here on what days you'd like to meet (the more the merrier!!), and any and all suggestions are very much welcome!

Friday ~ Downtown Disney
For those of you who can meet up on Friday afternoon, how about 6'ish in the Grand Californian Lobby. We can decide at that point which restaurant we'd like to go to for dinner or refreshments. Parking at the Downtown Disney lot is free for the first three hours, and you get an additional 2 hour validation from the restaurants & movie theater...

Saturday ~ Disneyland
The plan is to have fun at the Magic Kingdom all day. Who's up to spending the day together? The official meet will be at 1m at the Plaza Inn. If the weather is nice we can meet on the patio. If it's chilly, come on inside!

Sunday ~ Disney's California Adventure
Another fun-filled day, Disney style. The plan here is to spend the day at DCA. The official meet can be at noon at the Pacific Wharf Cafe. A decision can be made at that time to eat there, or at one of the other nearby restaurants.

Well, I'll either be there Saturday or Sunday...how's that for noncommital!

I really want to go to DCA again without the crowds...even if I have to fork out the $43...so that's how I'm leaning at the moment, going on Sunday. I'll see how the mood strikes and the workload gets handled this weekend and hopefully I'll be seeing at least some of you on Saturday or Sunday.

Well, I can say I am favorably impressed so far with the 65 degree temps compared to the 8 and -30 wind chill I left in the Chicago area yesterday. Really looking forward to meeting all of you and renewing friendships with those I have met previously.

The Plaza Inn is right at the end of Main Street, LK, you can't miss it.

Saturday has now become filled with other obligations, so it looks like Sunday for me. May or may not have the family in tow.

If it's raining as hard on Sunday as it is today, I won't be at DCA after all. Just can't see spending the money to tour in the rain...California Screamin' does not appeal when it's pouring. Hope those who do go have fun, as I'm sure there won't be any crowds with the weather as nasty as it is.
