Disneyland in June

July and August are the busiest months of the year for travel. The busy period starts getting going in June and peaks around mid-August.

I plan on going to DL in late June, after school let's out but before the July long weekend.

3. I have only walked through California Adventures for about 1/2 hour one day by myself when I was killing off a parkhopper ticket in 2006...... is this a good park for the 10 & 5 year old? I've gotten the impression that it's not so much for the little ones.
Thanks!!
Just wanted to add, my DS5 likes CA better than DL. He loves Bugs Land, can spend all day there, along with Soarin, Paradise Pier rides (swings, Goofy's Sky School, Jumping Jellyfish), TSMM of course, Animation Academy, Monsters Inc, Muppets and GRR (he just made height for that this year). Pretty much the only things he doesn't like/can't go on (pre-Carsland) are ToT & Screaming. If your kids are over 40" they'll love California Adventure. Shorter lines than Fantasyland in general, and a lot of the rides are less intimidating than the various Mountains.

Did anyone notice this thread is from LAST YEAR?

I would not read it for any planning advice about June, because June 2012 is going to be much different.
