Disneyland in 10

Hey,

I just wanted to celebrate that we go to Disneyland in 10 days! DS kept asking me if it is a weekend, when are we going, is tomorrow a weekend, when are we going....well you know the drill. So we reviewed the calendar and counted days. Then we put a Mickey sticker on the day we leave.

He is thrilled and hopefully starting to understand the days, weekends, etc. We are trying to turn the wait into a learning process.

I went to DL 1 Time WAYYYY back in 1983
But the magic is in Mickey and you are going to have soo much frun!

We have our Siamese too! She certainly is a 1 family cat. She is a lilac point but not pure Siamese. We don't care she is a great pet.

Where are you staying at DL?

We are staying at the Disneyland hotel. DH has a conference so we are tagging along. We could have gone to WDW in late July but we picked DL. The ticket special has given us the opportunity to go in early and then leave for the crowded afternoon. Also we are there longer than what I wanted but we will take the parks in small sections and break it up over several days. I also plan to go to Garden Walk to see a movie with DS. Lots of swimming and naps, early mornings and doing the park in small sections. Hopefully we will have a nice trip.
