Do they have safes in every room?
Also, cost of safes? Everything I have seen says a fee but they
don't say what the fee is.

Also when you check in do you just pull in front of the Marina
tower, then park after check in?

This is our first trip so we are still confused.

There are safes in the rooms. There is no fee for the safes. Where does it say there is a fee for the in-room safe? There is a per-day resort fee.

As far as check in, you can either pull up in front of the Marina Tower (just head for the great big Mickey Mouse and veer to the left) and give your stuff to the bell hops and then valet park it, or you can then self park, or you can self park first and bring your own bags to check in at the Marina Tower. You can do things your way. Valet parking was $12 a day in July.

There is also a 15-minute parking area near the entrance to the Marina tower where you can park when you check in & unload your luggage, then take your car to the regular parking lot.

The resort fee, which you pay if you are staying without a package, is $10/day or $11.50/day with tax, and that includes parking, newspaper during the week, use of fitness centers, and use of Internet.
