Hello!

I am staying at the Disneyland Hotel for the first time is summer during my trip to Disneyland this summer! I am so excited!!

I had a few questions before my trip:

1. If I get Target to deliver groceries, and I able to get it delivered to the room or at the front desk? Or do I need to be there to accept?
2. Does Disneyland have the resort refillable mugs? Or refillable sippers in the park?

Thanks in advance!!

Yay! You're going to have so much fun.

1. We've had deliveries to the Disneyland Hotel a couple times. What we usually do is have the order delivered before we get there and have it left with concierge/bell services. Then when we arrive/get our room, we have the bell hop bring our luggage and delivery up at the same time. If you don't leave luggage with bell services, they can still bring it up for you if you call down and request it. I think this is the easiest way to do it.

2. No, unfortunately! I wish they did, because I would use those refillable mugs so much. It was amazing to use the refillable mug at Universal Studios Hollywood, they have a pretty good system there too. Most locations at Disneyland also do not do free refills on regular soda purchases anymore that originally allowed it (Rancho del Zocalo is the one that comes to mind).

Thanks so much for the information! I guess we are going to have to stock of on water in the groceries :)

Have your stuff delivered to bell services. One caveat…in the past we never had any issues doing this, on our last trip (a week ago) bell services told the instacart driver they would not accept the delivery. I don’t know if it was a policy change or someone working bell services who didn’t know what to do with the stuff, but they would t hold the grocery items we had delivered. I ended up just coming down from the room and getting the items. Might not hurt to inquire first before ordering!
Thanks for the head up!

You should plan to meet the delivery driver when they arrive. When you place your order, in the special instructions box, type in "please text me ahead of arrival so I can meet you outside."

No refillable cups of any kind are sold at Disneyland.
