Hi all.

Trying to figure out which is the best tower to request between Fantasy and Adventure. I like the idea of Fantasy since that's where the shops are. Which of the 2 is better for views with a standard room? Also, which is more convenient to the pool area and Tangaroa Terrace/Trader Sams?

Before this past trip, I had always requested Fantasy tower for standard. We always could see the fireworks from our room. This past trip was the first time I forgot to request it and just decided to go with the flow. We ended up being upgraded to a pool view in the Frontier tower. We loved the view and didn't mind being further away. If you are looking for proximity to Trader Sam's, then Adventure tower would be for you. In my opinion, all 3 hotels are not that far apart and are all close to the pool.

When is your trip? At some point they are going to start construction on DTD and Adventure tower will be less appealing.

We stayed in the Fantasy tower this past November and loved it. We had a standard room, and were surprised with an amazing view of the fireworks. It was also convenient to be in the same building as the lobby. It was convenient to the pool and Trader Sam's.

We also enjoyed the Fantasy tower, and the pool is right outside the entrance/exit you take to head to the parks.

We love the Frontier tower. It is about a minute difference from the Hat. All 3 are easy for pool access and Trader Sam's. Regardless, your room will be great.

For views, I used to always request Adventure Tower if I wasn't paying for an upgraded room because it's the only one that doesn't have any parking lot views. However, with the construction of the new hotel, it may now have construction views. Last year we only paid for a standard room and ended up in Fantasy with a lower floor pool view, though. Trader Sam's is closest to Adventure, but it's closer to Frontier than it looks because it's directly on the walkway from Frontier. From Fantasy, you have to go around the E Ticket pool. It's really not far from any of them. Personally I like Fantasy because of having the big lobby and gift shop, and you're more likely to run into characters there due to the proximity to Goofy's Kitchen. Frontier is closest to the laundry if you'll be doing much of that. It also feels the quietest. The outdoor fireplace is a nice touch that is mainly a benefit of Frontier because you walk right by it every time you go to the pool or Trader Sam's from Frontier. It's accessible from all the towers, though.

Do all the towers have club level rooms? Club level is in Adventure tower though, correct?

Does anyone know when the construction will start?

The E-Ticket Club is in the Adventure Tower. Club rooms can be in all towers. I've stayed Club level in the Frontier Tower. (I love the 14th floor rooms!)
