Do ANY of the rooms at these towers have a balcony or patio? And if so, where are they located?

I believe that some suites have balconies. And they are usually located at the ends of the towers.

Only the corner suites of the Frontier tower and then of course you could request a balcony but they won't guarantee it.

Correct, standard rooms do not have balconies. Only GCH rooms have balconies.
