For those interested, I will be conducting a Disneyland Hotel historical walkthrough tour. We will be at Disneyland August 26th through 30th. The tour date(s) and times have not been determined and will be chosen once we see how many respond. The tour is free and I hope to bring some great items from my Disneyland Hotel collection. If you are interested in attending, drop me a line through my website, blog or through this thread. I would love to have a large group of people attending to show Disney that people are interested in the history of the Disneyland Hotel. That sounds like great fun! When are you leaving on the 30th? We are coming down that day and will be there by noon at the latest. Do you mind small kids along? Mine are actually well behaved and one is definitely stroller bound. We could backpack the older one.

Sure kids are welcome! Mine will probably be along as well. I am now seeing what day(s) work best for people. I would love to do multiple tours if people were interested.

Just interested to know what kind of items do you have from the DLH? I worked security there from 1985 - 1995. I also have some DLH memorabilia. It includes a nice big glass mug from Sgt Prestons, my DLH Security badge, DLH VIP pins, room service menus, do not disturb door hangers and much more.
