Yes, it is called Magic Morning. Note that it is not "guaranteed" but they've been doing it for quite a while. Also, it's important to check, because on rare occasions the days do change if there is a special event happening.

Conveniently, the disneyland.com calendar has been showing the MM info on the days it's held!

Yeah--the only issue is when they hold a special event--like the Miley Cyrus birthday thing last year--at last minute they changed the MM morning (because I got totally messed up by this)

Yeah--like two or three days before. I had booked the night at PPH months in advance.
