Disneyland hotel concierge

Who has stayed at the Disneyland hotel in concierge. What's your review?? What perks did you get? How does it work to get to the Lounge. What sorts of things do they have in the lounge?? Is there a lot of fruit? Anything else we should know?? Thanks!

We stayed there in for our Christmas trip in 2006. I'm not sure how it is recently but I do know that it's in the Adventureland tower. Sorry I can't remember exactly what we had to eat but I know we really enjoyed it. I was thinking about adding concierge for our trip coming up but was looking for current reviews, so hopefully someone else will have more info

You use your key to enter the lounge. We stayed a few years back and they had pastries, cereal, juice, milk for breakfast. Sodas and waters you could take away all day. Evenings had a light snack (can't remember what) and late night had assorted cookies and dessert. They pipe in the fireworks music and it is a great place to pull up a chair and watch.

We have always stayed on the concierge level and have always enjoyed it! Our last trip was in November so still a bit recent.
They had a large amount of breakfast items with cereal, milk, juice, hot cocoa, pastries, cinnamon rolls, bagels, toast and fruit.
(We were never there for lunch....)
Dinner they had different pasta dishes with some veggies.....
We never ate there but peeked in to see what they had.
Dessert.....We had EVERY NIGHT!
They had a ton of different cakes, brownies, pies, pudding, little cream filled pastries, and always had a ton of beverages.
They also have movies you can rent and take to your room at no cost to you.
My grandma watched fireworks from there almost everynight and said she had a perfect view with the music and everything.

I highly reccomend it!

some people discuss the differences between GCH and PPH's concierge levels, with GCH getting a lot more, like later hours (which I'm pretty sure DLH matches) and afternoon tea (with scones et al to munch). So is DLH concierge closer to PPH or GCH?
