I understand that if I buy a California Disneyland hopper ticket that I can hop between parks? Which parks? Is Nottsberry farms one of them? Also, is parking included with the standard (non hop) ticket?

Recommendations for a inexpensive hotel for two under $75 per night. I dont want to book online and then get there and find out I am in a bad part of town.
I never been to California before.

I believe the parks are DisneyLand, and Disney's California Adventure.

There is an entire forum at the DIS devoted to DisneyLand. Go back to the page where it shows "Theme Parks" "Resorts", "Restaurants" and scroll down to the DisneyLand section. You will find answers there, and you can ask questions, too.

a park hopper at DLR will get you into DL and DCA. They are both great parks!!! There is a So Cal city pass that has other parks included, plus a 3 day hopper for DLR. These do include Knotts, and also some places in San Diego. I think they are a pretty good deal if you are planning on visiting alot of places in SoCal. Be sure to check the disneyland forum on these boards. And there is also www.intercotwest.com and a good one is www.mouseplanet.com Have a great trip!!!

If you buy a one-day ticket at DLR, you must pay extra to hop - about $20. If you buy a 2 day or more ticket, parkhopping is included. This includes DL and DCA, together known as DLR (Disneyland Resort).

You can also buy something called a Southern Cal City Pass, which includes (I believe) three days at DLR, one at Knotts, one at Sea World San Diego, and one at the San Diego Zoo. It costs about $200.

Check out this site for DLR hotels: http://www.geocities.com/ashpsyche/DisneylandLinkMap.html

To get $75 a night you will need to look at a good neighbor. Rates vary a lot from high to low season. We stayed at Best Western Park Place Inn across the street from DLR. We paid $130 a night for a suite for 6 last summer.

I think the Knott's is being replaced by US in the very near future.on the SCP.

We did the pass in June and Stayed 1 night in San D to do SW and SDzoo .It was a great time.

None of the parkhopper tickets include parking. There are many motels across the street that are a 10-minute walk from the entrance to Disneyland and California Adventure. It might be difficult to find something under $75, but there are quite a few around $100. You could try Parkside Inn and Suites.
