Disneyland Honeymoon Trip Advice <3

We do one reservation a day and try to do a day with no reservations. Disneyland is chill that way. So many great food options without it.

Aww, it's nice to have this similarity My fiance is a photographer in his spare time, so he better take as many pictures as possible!



We realize we will have to pick and choose when it comes to what we want to eat, but here is our plan for dining daily:

M - No breakfast (we will be traveling), Lunch is a corndog on Main St., Dinner @ Carthay Circle
T - B- Red Rose Taverne, L- Plaza Inn, D- Cafe Orleans
W - B- Carnation Cafe, L- Wine Country Trattoria, D- Wing it with a walk up
Th - Off property for the day
F - B- Bakery, L- Lamplight Lounge, D- Steakhouse 55

Feel free to add critiques and opinions! We welcome any help! We did spend a WHILE researching things we must try, but the regulars know best! We will be staying on property at the Paradise Pier hotel.

I enjoyed Carthay Circle and Lamplight Lounge. I don’t get all the recommendations for Carnation... it was just meh for me. I recently had lunch at Blue Bayou and had a great experience. My meal was very good (I ordered the lamb) and the ambiance cannot be beat. There is nothing else like it in the parks. I haven’t eaten at Wine Country mostly because I’ve heard a lot of mediocre reviews.

I plan to do every ride I can!!! lol! The soon to be husband doesn't do rollercoasters, so there are some rides I'll have to do solo. I don't mind!! Thanks for the tidbit!

For the rides you'll be doing solo, check to see if there is a Single rider line. It might save a little time in line.

You might want to look into the "Walk in Walt's Footsteps" tour. That tour ends with a visit to Walt's apartment above the fire station in Town Square. Lots of walking and park history -- lots of fun for a Disney fan.

The counter food IMO is far superior at DLR than WDW. I agree with possibly letting go a few of your reservations.
