Disneyland free dining ever offered?

Just curious if free dining has ever been offered in Disneyland or anything like that promo?

I have not seen it over the few years, but I do not see everything promo wise.

I would give anything if they would just have a dining plan like WDW.

I don't think they do a free dining promotion since they don't really have a dining plan like the one at WDW.
