Disneyland Fantasy on Parade 1968

Hi There, Just thought I would throw this out there. Is there anywhere where I could find more information on this parade. I recently purchased off ebay, a photo album with photos of this parade, and was just curiuos about some of the characters in it. Mainly, there are two photos of this big catapillar type looking thing, it is very brightly colored, just wondering what Disney book that is from? If it has a name, etc. Thank you for any and all help.

Hi there, was going to try and post photos of the catapillar so am hoping this works. Hi There, how are you? Glad you at least vaguely remember it. I just think it is the cutest darn thing. The photos are neat, they have lots of characters I have never seen, so was just curious as to what the parade was about, etc. Hoping someone has some info on it.

My best guess is that they are from the Alice In Wonderland Unit of the parade. I am not sure they had names, although a Google search might answer that question.
