Disneyland Express

I am booked with them for our next trip. I am a bit nervous as it is just me and DD. They will stop at a bus stop a few hotels down from ours and I will have a stroller, luggage, my carry-on, DD's carry-on and a 3.5 year old. I am wishing I had booked a town car instead...I will have to look at their cancellation policy. I agree that the website is a bit misleading...but I also should have done more research before booking.:headache:

I wonder if they stop at the La Quinta? It's just listed as an On Call stop for the departures, but it doesn't say anything about the arrivals. I'd use Supershuttle, but I won't have the kids carseats with us for that!

i was hoping to avoid bringing the carseats too, as i am traveling solo with 2 young kids (and luggage, stroller, etc). i would call their 800 number and find out where they stop, because the website makes it look like they stop at the Park Vue and they do not.

you will have to walk from that hotel with all of your things. that stinks!!! i am actually still considering it, i just hear such bad things about super shuttle and the crazy drivers... i wonder how far the stop really is from the hotel we are staying in...

It does stink..but the hotels are all fairly close to one another. My bus stops in front of Best Western PPI and our hotel is two hotels down from that. I think we will manage. DD can pull on of the carryons with wheels so that will leave me with one free hand to hold her hand.

I just looked at the Greyline website / brochure for the DL express. They list hotels they pick up at, and give a corresponding letter (our hotel is "A") to give you an idea of when you need to arrange pickup to go back to LAX.

My question is, if they list your hotel in the pickup list (not as "on call" but on a definite route) then can we assume they also drop people off right at that hotel? We're staying at the Holiday Inn Resort and it is listed as being on a route.

Thanks! We leave tomorrow morning. Last time we went and used the bus with no problems. I didn't even think they might not drop us off right at our hotel.
