Disneyland Express Bus experiences?

After reading the Super Shuttle thread, I am thinking of going instead with the Disneyland Express. Has anyone used them? Are they on time and reliable? We are staying at the Paradise Pier - will they pick up from there to the airport? Any info would be greatly appreciated, because I will soon be reserving with some company for 4 adults and 3 children.

We have used them twice with no problem, staying onsite you will be first dropped off and last to be picked up. Our only hassle was that staying offsite you end up doing a bit of a tour round the other hotels depending on where you stay.. Think the buses run every half hour during the day

I used it in May. My flight got into LAX around 9:30pm, so there were only a few people on the bus. It was fine. I stayed at the Paradise Pier and we stopped at Knotts Berry Farm and another hotel first before getting dropped off. Had no problems at all with the service.

With seven people it would be cheaper to get a private van rather than seven ($15/adult from LAX) on the Disneyland Express. There are other companies besides SuperShuttle (I'm certainly not a fan!).
