Can anyone tell me how this works?

It reads that you can print or have on your mobile device....are those mutually exclusive? Meaning, could i print them to have as a back up AND still have on my mobile device?

If just using on mobile device how does this work with Fast Pass? Do you get a paper ticket when you check in at the parks?

I should be ok, if I order the paper tickets...shipping is only $5 and they say they will arrive "after 9/20" and we leave 10/4.

Yes you can print them out and have them on mobile your device. Once either one is scanned at the turnstiles then your actual ticket will print that you use for FP and additional entrance into the parks on the following days.

Is there anything special about the paper tickets that would be shipped to me? Can they be saved - or is it the same thing scan and they print something new.

The paper tickets they ship to you are your actual tickets that will be used throughout your park visit, used for obtaining FPs, etc.

The tickets that are shipped to your house are the same tickets that are printed at the gates, you just get them sooner! And you have to make sure you don't lose them before you get to the parks
