Disneyland dinning

Does anyone know when I can book Disneyland dinning? 60 days out or is it at 6 months too?

It's 60 days. Reservations are much easier to get at DLR than at WDW.

I'm a Disneyland local and I've even been able to get reservations (called priority seating at Disneyland) as close as the very same day as the reservation. Sometimes I've even been that fortunate with the Blue Bayou, but that is the one that I have found has been the most difficult. Usually I've been fine with that one even a week out.

We went to DL last August and I was amazed at how easy it was to get the DL priority seating reservations. You call a phone number that is to a group essentially like concierge (assuming you are staying on property) and someone there will make your reservations for you and call to let you know when they are done. You don't have to get up early in the morning to call to get them yourself. It worked great!

If I call on the 60th day, can I book my entire vacation dining reservations or do I need to wait till 60 days from my last day of trip so that I don't have to make more than one phone call?

You can make all of them, but really...there aren't very many that you actually "need" to make other than Blue Bayou, character meals, WOC dining, and probably Napa Rose. It's probably better if you make PS reservations for Cafe Orleans and/or Carnation Cafe if you want to eat there at a prime meal time.

The great majority of restaurants in DL are counter service, and many that take reservations also take walk ups too.
