Is the Disneyland Dining Plan worth the cost? We always purchase the WDW dining plan and find it to be very cost effective. Any comments/advice would be very much appreciated, as we have never been to Disneyland. :confused3

No, not worth it at all at Disneyland. Although it is at WDW. It really limits your choices (like eating at DTD or offsite). It also makes it more exspensive, as there are many choices offsite (like Mimi's) that will save you money!

We do a few special meals in the parks and DTD and eat the rest of our meals offsite. Food is still good and cheaper! So I'd never go with the plans at DL.

They give you vouchers for dollar amounts ( 5, 10, 15), but if you buy something that does not cost exactly that amount, which is just about everything because of tax, they don't give you change. Also, it's not a great thing to choose because DL doesn't have as many good Table Service restaurants as WDW.

It also doesn't necessarily give you a TS, CS, and snack everyday. The dining plan at DL includes a character breakfast, another breakfast, and some 5, 10, and 15 dollar vouchers.
