We are planning our first trip to DL this spring. We love California Grill, Yachtsman Steakhouse, Canada, Liberty Tree Tavern, Tony’s Town Square, and 50’s Prime Time at Disney World.

What are your Disneyland favorites that are must do’s for your family? Any favorite character meals? We usually do one sit down meal a day.

Thanks for any input!:)

For Disneyland, I love love love Blue Bayou! Also for counter service Taste Pilots grill in DCA is really good and the French Market in DL is nice as well. We didn't care Goofy's Kitchen at the DL Hotel.

Napa Rose was wonderful.

We also like Storyteller's Cafe, Cafe Orleans, the Big Thunder BBQ

I agree with some of the places mentioned upthread, and will add that one of my favorite places in Disneyland is the ridiculously overlooked Carnation Café. They do a really fantastic breakfast.

AP holders for DLR here, and our favorites are Carnation Cafe, Storyteller's Cafe, Blue Bayou and Cafe Orleans. My kids love Ariel's Grotto, but DH and I find the food to be just so-so and very overpriced.

For counter service, we like Rancho del Zocalo, Red Rocketts Pizza Port and Taste Pilots. :goodvibes

For breakfast I love Goofy's Kitchen. I know it is not a restaurant, but I love the corn dog cart on Main Street at DL. They are hand-dipped. YUMMMY!!!!:worship:
