Disneyland Crowds on days with Special Attraction Nights

How are the crowds during the day if there is a special ticketed evening event? Went to Magic Kingdom this fall with Halloween party that night and crowds were light. We were able to get everything on our list done by 6pm without rope dropping. We are going to be at Disneyland on March 7+8 with the Princess Party on the 7th.

It’s not the same dynamic at DLR with both parks side by side.

We were there last week on several days with Sweetheart nite. The crowds definitely start to roll in when they started allowing party guests in (maybe 6pm?) We saw TONS of people in lanyards. But during the day, I didn't notice much of a difference between party and non-party days.

Side note - I don't feel like there are many non-crowded days in the park anymore. When I compare February 2023 to our trip in February 2015...it's a LOT different.
