Disneyland around Presidents Day

We have been to WDW many times, are thinking about making the trip out West next February. Our schools are out the week of Presidents’ Day. Does Presidents’ Day effect DL like it does WDW?

I went the Saturday before President's day this year. It was pretty crazy. Not awful, I've been through worse. But it was the same weekend as Cheer Nationals and Ski Week. So many people came to the parks. Best part was the weather.

The past few years, that week has been crazy busy at DLR. As the pp said, the holiday weekend coincides with a full holiday week for many schools and with other events at the ACC, etc. Will the parks be allowed to be that packed next Feb.? Stay tuned for more updates...

We went February 2019 during that week. It was very busy but doable with MP and advance ressies for the places we wanted. It was also insanely cold and we were NOT prepared! bring layers! And have fun planning!

The Mondays on long weekends have been really bad at DLR.

I've been to DL over President's Day several time, it is (as others said) busy! But, a crowded day at DL is better than not going in my book. With the Maxpass I think the crowds can be manageable. The question is what will DL be like in the Covid-19 world?
