Disneyland App (Update Available 2/28/20)

Is anyone else’s Disneyland app only loading up to April 3? We are six weeks out today and wanted to look at the colander (mostly for excitement), but it only goes to April 3 (it should be the 5th). When I go to the Disneyland website, I have to search for the park hours, and then I can find it, but only if I use the search function.

First time ever for any of my trips, that’s why I ask. I’ve been going for 15 years booking online and such. (The app isn’t that old )

The app's been wonky for the past few days -- there have been comments and complaints on several threads -- so I'm not surprised to hear that it's not loading dates well, either. Hang in there. I'm guessing that the app is due for a big update soon (maybe to add MFSR to MP?) -- that's usually why it starts acting up. At least, I'm hoping that's what's going on.

I’ve noticed that it logs me out constantly. If I check crowds, say, in the morning and then again a few hours later, I have to type my pwd, which normally is saved/cached. Has anyone else seen this?

Yup. And someone else recently commented on this same thing in another thread. For us, it's worse for one of us than the other (usually DH), thankfully never both at the same time, and it's noticeably worse before a big update. (And the big updates always mess up DH's account for whatever reason.)

I've noticed the website is always a few days ahead of the app for me. Not sure if it is a loading/caching thing or what.

Yay, just found a DL app update today! Really hoping it actually helps this time as my app has been beyond glitchy!! That or Apple is trying to force me to dump my 7 for a newer iPhone.

If it continues to act strange you might want to try completely deleting the app and reloading it.

When I opened up the DL app last night it prompted me that there was an update.

I’ll definitely report back! I often have to swipe down (if that makes sense) to refresh my app update screen/area.

I looked for an update last night and didn't see one, but then this morning when I logged in to try to get a Boarding Group for a friend there today, it had to update first. Good thing I started early

A number of board members - myself included - have experienced several problems with the app recently. An update is now available. Have all of the issues been resolved? Hopefully but only time will tell. However I do see that standby wait times are relatively low today. Certainly that’s due to the new version ;-).

Strange, I haven't had an (android) update since Januaray and mine says version 5.9 build 20200214.2 which I assume a later number is a newer version but maybe not?

I suspect there are different builds for different phones/operating systems.
