Disneyland App Checkin Issie

I am trying to use the Disneyland Paris App for my pre information check in. I get to the point where it asks for and optional phone number/email address to give updates. When I hit next, it gets stuck. I made sure that I had the US flag in the mobile drop down box. Is anyone else having issues?

Well, I was able to continue if I didn't add a phone number or email address. I wonder if it's because I had to print out the non-resident form so I HAVE to go to registration.
