Ok, I did post this on the Disneyland Thread, but I thought that some of you very smart people here might know the answer, 
.Anyway..
I was talking to a travel agent in Los Vegas on the phone about WDW and she goes 2-3 times a year to both DL and WDW, and has for several years. She mentioned she had a PAP for DL that allowed her into WDW! NO WAY! I said, yes, way, she said.and it cost her $325. Anyhow, 1) is she right? 2) anyone else have a DL AP or PAP? 3) where did you all get it?And if so could I do this-
Use some of the million of freq.flyers miles to Cal. Buy everyone in the family DL PAPs and then force my self to go to DL and have them activated. I would get the passes from the military office, like I did my WDW PAP last year, (if possible!).
Now, am I crazy? This was a reputable travel agent. So thank you tons for any help, oh smart and goodlooking DIS members!
