I saw a posting for this on FB, and wondered if it really is worth the $8 charge for them to attempt to get a reservation for BOG. That is the only reservation we were closed out of for our late October trip...and we are open to lunch or dinner, knowing that characters are only at the dinner seatings. I am keeping my eyes on this board, and know as our trip gets closer, things may open up. Any thoughts or experiences that anyone wants to share will be appreciated!

I've heard good things about it. Another good app is wdw tools if you have a number of days to look for.

It was successful for me but not for a BOG reservation. I was able to get 'Ohana breakfast for our September trip. To me it was worth it.

I signed up about a month ago - I could not get an Ohana dinner reservation for our vacation in November. They texted me last week with a ressie time for Ohana for the 5 of us for 5:05 p.m. I was able to snag it! I'm thrilled - definitely worth the $8.00!!

We are using it now. I've gotten two notifications about BOG reservations for a day we want it for lunch. I got the first one (I heard the text and immediately ran to my phone), but its not a great time so I keep it active for notifications. I just missed one that I got sent at 2:13. I was downstairs and didn't hear my phone because it was charging. I checked it 4 minutes after it was sent and it was already gone.

So basically just keep your phone glued to you at every moment of the day.

This is good news! Ohana is one of our must do's and I haven't been able to get a reservation for it. I've been trying to convince my husband that we need to use Disney dining buddy hopefully this helps!

Dining scout is free for 2 searches and then you can buy 8 for $6 instead of $8 each. I adore wdw tools though. I keep getting notified way faster. Had to try them all out lol
