I wish I was going .. Too many trips already on the books for this year though

Well, I think I'm going to change my plans and stay in one of the timeshares out there. My parents own one in Las Vegas that expires this year and that's what I was going to use to go to Paris but we're still on the waiting list so I don't think it's going to happen. The resort in Florida is in Kissimmee and they said they are about 7 miles from the property. I can get a 2 bedroom so was wondering if anyone wanted to stay with me. I'll have to get back to you on the cost but needless to say, it will be MUCH cheaper than staying at the hotel. Here is the website: http://www.clubsevilla.com/.

So, I have to call Disney and change my reservation and call the car rental agencies and see what I can come up with but I think I just cut my cost of the trip in half. Since I am currently unemployed, that sounds really great right now! Either that or I can look at it as more money to spend on collectibles!

As someone who doesn't go to WDW as often as all of you, please let me know your thoughts on what I am planning on doing. I'm not sure if it's going to be more of a hassle to stay off property or not so your thoughts are most appreciated.

Well, the timeshare that was available on Saturday was not available on Sunday. So goes the way of the timehare life. So, I'm back at the Port Orleans Resort. Is anyone in need of a roommate for the trip? Also, bumped into Christie Robertson yesterday at DL and she said that she may have a postcard at home with some sort of deal for 6 nights at POR. I'll keep you posted.

Thanks to everyone who responded to my question about staying off-property. Two or more heads are always better than one.
