I totally know what you mean about not getting that day back. I think about having a VR (we've only been married 3 years!) but I'm not sure I want to do that expense all over again. At least you hired a prof photographer. I went through JM with the photos and they aren't really that great. Wish I would've found the DIS before I was married! I thought about getting our pics done 1 year later but then we started a family and realized I cannot recreate the day. I is what it is!

Even if it wasn't the day you planned just be thankful you get to create many many more memories together. You are married and happy and that's what counts!!

Awwwwwwwwwww I am sorry you have that feeling too. It is hard to get over. Never thought it would be my DH that would be so upset about it but, he is worse than I am! It's true that we have to move forward, and be happy about what we do have. Thankfully, I did get a few really nice pics to hold on to. Thanks for stopping by and I hope you get your VR some day

LoL thanks! I had to get creative there.....A shame I didn't take them home as security let my MOH carry hers on the plane, pins and all! I presumed they would be prohibited but oh well............
