Disney youth program tickets

How do you book fast passes if you get tickets from the youth programs?

I know there's a YES thread on here somewhere, but I don't know where. Sorry!
When we did it last year, we got our ticket numbers via email at 30 days before our trip (we were staying offsite). I linked the numbers to our MDE and was able to book fastpasses.

In other words, you order the YES tickets (as "Will Call" pick-up) in advance and book your FP+ just like you would do with regular Magic Your Way tickets.

When I ordered our Yes tickets, I had to email (they gave me an address to use) them our lodging confirmation # and now they're supposed to email me our ticket code at the 60 day mark

How do you book fast passes if you get tickets from the youth programs?

Are you going with a larger group like a marching band? They may control the tickets?
