Disney Youth Education Series

Hi! Wondering if anyone had any familiarity/experience with these programs. My daughter is in middle school and wishes to work at Disney World someday. Would her taking one of these programs help her down the line? Specifically, the hospitality program?

Taking the Youth Education classes won't give her a "leg up" if she wants a job at Disney later. Joining the DCP however, will likely improve her chances of getting hired long term. The YES just gives them a short seminar on the topic of their choice. The DCP actually gives them work experience within Disney.
