While flipping through a catalog for the California Department of Education, I first noticed the advertisement for Universal Studios Hollywood educational programs for schools. I read it with interest and immediately wondered why Disney didn't have something like that too. Well, upon further looking through that same catalog I found that Disney does have such a program as well. It is the Disney Youth Educational Series. I have been looking at the disneyyes.com web site tonight and found it very entertaining.
Are there any teachers or homeschooling families here who have experience with the Disney Youth Education Series? I do think that a theme park would be the ideal place to teach youngsters with an interest in physics or engineering.
