Anyone know if you can pay for the program tickets with a gift card?

I think this is great deal and am actually excited that I can be there too to learn with my kids. It's something I would willingly pay for just for myself :)

My only fear is that there may not be any classes around the time that we go; are the classes at least offered weekly, are any months not included? Also my 5 year old so far would only qualify for one class that I saw. Would she be I eligible to attend, even if I have to chaperone the older sibling and she just happens to tag along? I see the older two have more than one class available, she would have none and she loves "school".

No, you can't pay for them with a gift card. It must be done online with a credit card when you register. Historically, there have been classes mid-June through October and then mid-January through February. I'm not sure of the policy for children too young tagging along to a class. If it is allowed, they would not be able to participate.

I ran into this situation last summer. My big kids still had to have a chaperone (ages 9 and 11). I was told my youngest, age 5, could not go to the class as a nonparticipant (and wasn't old enough to be a participant). I had no other adult with me and was told I should look into one of the local sitter services. We didn't end up getting to go.
So, unfortunately the answer is no, you can't bring your 5 year old as a tag-a-long.

This may be a silly question but...... Would I be allowed to bring a 16 month in with me??

That's too bad; then hopefully there is a class for her. My husband will have to take her then.

It would be crazy if they would not allow a 16 month old to accompany the adult; where would the cut-off be then? I understand my 5 year old not being able to go just in case she gets too inquisitive and wants to join in. They must make an exception for babies I hope for your sake.

I would imagine they might make an exception for a young infant, maybe 8 weeks or younger, who would most likely just sleep or nurse through the program, but a 16 month old will be into everything. At least a 5 year old can understand they can't touch, talk loudly, etc. A 16 month old would be very disruptive to the class, IMHO.

So I'm a little sad. I was hoping to be able to sign my daughter up for a group over spring break but found out that the last class stops Feb 15 and doesn't start again untill june. :guilty:

Sorry about that; I was afraid the same would happen to me. I thought there were no Aug classes until I realized they just didn't release the dates yet.

They don't, and I don't think we had to finger scan either (meaning I could keep all the tickets and not worry about which one I handed each kid).

Do the tickets have the registered names on them? DD16 already has a AP.

No names, so someone else could technically use the ticket during that time frame. Just remember the tickets are dated, so you couldn't save a ticket for another trip or anything like that.

We did the ocean discoveries class with ds8 last August and had a great experience. Our next trip is June 2 -10 of this year, and I'd love to get ds in the animation class. Sorry if it's been asked already, but what are the chances of yes classes being offered over these dates? Thanks!

They say (on the website and in their emails) that classes will be offered June-October. I do not know how early in June they usually start though.

This is the class my dd is signed up for. Glad to hear you had such a nice experience. Can you tell me what you did in it?

Sorry, can't help you on your question!

Last year, if I remember correctly, it was around June 13th or so.

Do you know when it will be on the website? I just called and she told me to check the website cause they don't know when the dates will be release. We were thinking about going Memorial Day week but we can hold out three or so more wks to save on tickets. My ds & dd would love the classes.

I am SO very excited!!! I have been checking and checking to see if a class would open up for DS the end of this month, not really thinking anything would be available. And I just checked...and one opened up!!!! I grabbed it as soon as I could!! SO thankful for this! We had thought we were going to get comp tickets and those didn't come through, and then the classes closed. I thought we were stuck paying regular rate, and no class for DS who is missing school to go. Pixie dust was definitely in abundance at our house today!!!!! Now, I have to read through this entire thread to make sure we are well versed in how it all works!!! Had to share!!

Does anyone know if it is possible to add a program to your registration after it is complete?

When we registered DD for her class the one DS wanted was full, but after reading Cjnix29's post I popped over to check again and it is showing as open now. The problem is, we already registered and ordered our tickets! Does anyone know if I could call and just add his class to our package if I explained the circumstances?
