Disney Y.E.S. Program

Hi everyone,

I just wanted to give an update on fp+ selections and yes tickets.
I spoke with a CM at the YES program department yesterday. I explained to him that I needed to link my tickets up to my MDE 60 days out to make ressies.

He said that he will have the information in my account and ready to go at 60 days. He said the reason they don't do it earlier is because once they send this e-mail confirmation and you link your tickets you can't make any changes. Up till then I can make changes to either a class, add more park days, etc.

Thanks for the update. I'm so happy the tickets can be linked at 60 days. I was kinda worried if we couldn't link them. My kids really enjoy attending the classes.

So you don't have to pick up the tickets, they can just link to your account? Confused on that part.
 

Is anybody else getting frustrated waiting?? :confused3 We want to book our fall trip during the HS days but we are almost 180 days out! With the likelihood of free dining happening, if we don't book our dinner ressies we won't get them.
Might just have to skip it :sad2:
 
I'm waiting for those dates to be announced as well. Does anyone know when the fall homeschool dates are usually announced?

There should still be lots of dining reservations as it gets closer - maybe not BOG, but that's hardly available now anyway! I think with the new pay a penalty there should be more availability...
 
I am out of the YES ticket loop...can these tickets now be used with the dining plan?

There is now a way to book the DP with an onsite stay without tickets thru disney. You wouldn't be eligible for FREE dining, but it can still be added. I forget what it's exactly called on the Disney page but its about time they started offering this given the increase in DP prices - hard to sell it as the perk it once was!
 
Is anyone getting a group together for the week of Thanksgiving? I know it wouldn't be individual enrollment, but anyone putting a group together? Does that make sense? I know like girl scout leaders and such can put a group together to do the class and get discounted rooms and tickets.

I've been calling over the last few days to get our ticket numbers to load into MDE, so we can pick our FP+,

First it says they have a new number, just rings and rings and rings, or immediately goes to voice mail. I've left two message over the last few days, no answer

I don't think that's allowed any longer. Now you need to be a "real" group, not just a bunch of individuals planning to go at the same time. I am not sure what their rules say as far as what constitutes a group though.

Their terms specifically prohibit "groups formed for the sole purpose of attending the program." Or something like that.

I had no problem getting through with 407-255-2160 - is that the number you were using?
 
Do you still have to go pick up physical tickets if your tickets are linked to your magic bands and MDE?
