If you’re looking for Star Wars-themed attractions I would think it prudent to wait until the spaceport (Galaxy’s Edge?) is opened at DHS before heading east.

Are you referring to the Galaxy Edge lands that are being built at both parks? If so they will largely be the same - just Disneyland’s will open about 6 months earlier

Same rides and same general layout (though there will be 3 entrances into the land in Disneyland and only 2 at DHS)
