Disney World Interview Tips?

Im super excited at the end of August I've had to plan a mini unscheduled trip to DW with out my children. Last month I finally got enough nerve to put my resume in on Disney Careers. I applied for my dream job, sewing specialist in the creative costume department. I've always loved to see and about 2 maybe 3 weeks later I got a call for an interview!!! I've been doing as much research as I can however Disney does a very good job of hiding what they do not want known lol.

Any advice, tips, or infoation my fellow dis needs could provide would be appropriated.

Here is two of my latest costume creations if your interested. (Btw, 100% self taught, no formal training)

In the sleeping beauty video you can't see what it looks like with the lights on in the room. Here is a picture of it

I plan on bringing both of these pieces with me and my sons Prince Charming costume from a few years ago.

All I can say is, "Wow!". You have some creative talent! Share your enthusiasm! Good luck! Just remember to be yourself. They'll be lucky to have you onboard.

Smile, a lot. Be Polite. Show your enthusiasm. No piercings other than modest earrings. Be yourself.

I was wondering how the interview went!? Cos I'm about to have one too in februry and im really nervous!!!! Wish someone could guide me or give me some advice for the interview and skills assesment!

Great job anyway, i loved it!

Lots of stuff on Youtube. Just beware you will also see a lot of stuff on why you don't want to work at Disney.
