What they said plus.......
The Tiki Room has a completely different show now at WDW. Shorter, funnier, and darker, it now has ZAZU and Iago as hosts.
Fantasyland at WDW is missing StoryBook Gardens, the Matterhorn, Pinnocio, Alice in Wonderland, and Casey Junior. It does have a Pooh dark ride that is pretty nifty, but Fantasyland is kind of lame at WDW. Small World is 1/3 shorter and (Though more elaborate in it's ride system) boasts a very poor sound system. I guess it's better if you really hate that song because you can barely make out the words!
Tomorrowland at WDW also has a Buzz Light Year spinning "shoot em up" ride, and a very scary theater attraction about an Alien Encounter. DLs Star Tours is in a different Florida Park (MGM). DLs Honey I Shrunk the Audience and Innoventions are in Epcot Center. Tomorrowland is, in general, much better executed at WDW. This is DLs current biggest problem area.
Toontown at DL is a pretty elaborate effort, including RR Cartoon Spin. At WDW it's called Toontown Fair, and is pretty much just a character Meet and Greet. Both Toontowns have a small kids coaster, but after that they are not alike at all.
The Haunted Mansion is much longer and more elaborate at WDW.
Pirates isn't even close at WDW. Much shorter, it doesn't include the "Transitional Experience" of the Swamp Setting or the elaborate caves. It's still fun, but nothing like DLs.
Splash Mountain has a different seating configuration at WDW (Side by side) and moves past the animatronics more slowly. Other than that, I always found the ride very similar.
There is nothing to compare with Indiana Jones at WDW. They have a similar ride configuration (with much less elaborate theming) called Dinosaur at the Animal Kingdom, but it pales in comparison.
The Jungle Cruise is about 5 minutes longer at WDW, and has more stuff to look at. I always found the "Tour Guides" much more serious at WDW also, but am not sure if it's just my individual experiences or an actual difference in script. DL also shortened their JC when they added the Indiana Jones ride 6 years ago.
Tom Sawyer Island is much larger at WDW, and also has a nifty little restaurant called Aunt Polly's. (DL turned their Aunt Polly's into the stage for Fantasmic about 10 years ago). It's a "must stop" for my wife and I while the kids are off roaming the island.
The train at WDW does not go through anything like the Grand Canyon/P. World display. It's just a train around the park.
WDW just added the Magic Carpets of Aladin spinner in Adventurland.
