I have searched through several disigners but can't find the book cover that I once saw a year and a half ago.
Would someone please help me?

most of my DISigns can be made into an Activity book cover. Any character preference? Maybe you could look at my Autograph Covers and Journal Covers and see if you want one of them made into an Activity book cover?

Be sure you provide dimensions!!

actually I made a few new ones and put all activity book covers in their own folder:
