Disney Wonder Sept 3-7, 2006 Part 4

I am so sad to say that I have to turn in. 6:30 comes around much too early and I need at least 7 hours sleep.

It's beautiful here but I miss that ship, that island, the food, the shows, the shops, the cabin, that wonderful amazingly awesome BED, our servers, the kids clubs.... need I go on?

Don't feel bad. I was so stressed by life that even after I'd been posting on here for ten months with you guys I forgot to print everything off and kept forgetting about meetings, I just loved not having to remember that stuff sooo much

I took Teia to a birthday party today. The mom who threw the party was talking to another mom about how much they hated DCL! She had asked if I liked it and of course I went on and on about how awesome it was. Then these two moms kept complaining about how they'd never go back, it was so awful, blah blah blah. I almost cried. Here I'm getting all wishy washy because it's been two weeks and I miss it all and they are bashing it! UGGGGH!

What was their problem?
Of course, some people are only happy when they are miserable, but often people who bash DCL have a reason--they want a PARTY ship or casino or R rated entertainment or something. Or, they were led to believe they could LOUNGE AROUND all day and the kids would be busy in the Clubs only to find out their own kids wanted to be with them. HORRORS!! They might actually have to parent their own kid while on vacation........
Let them vent and come here to talk to US--THE VOICE OF SANITY!!

So I've been kinda bummed lately because my brother hasn't been serious about finding a job after he graduated and I knew we'd have to cancel our trip to Disney in December.. and I finally, yesterday, told my mom I was going to cancel if he didn't give me some money by the end of the week. Well then last night I saw that amazing ZAW package rate and went ahead and played around.. and for 6 nights at POP, our dates + tickets for us both it's only $765! That is almost what we were paying to rent points. I knew my parents had a 'present' for my brother so I asked what it was.. hoping it was money.. and I was right! They're giving him $1500 for his graduation and he's going to use it to pay for our trip! I'll pay him back my half but he's going to give it to me to pay off my Disney Visa so we can book this package! I'm so excited now. I DO get one last Disney hoorah before our reunion cruise AND I get one last week with my big brother

I just e-mailed Taeja the huuge digital file for that one. Hmm. Wonder if that is what she wanted or not? Whoops. I guess I was confusing.

I haven't gotten a chance to even look through them all. I took well over a thousand.. and they'll all have to be resized before I can post them online unless you guys want to spend half of your life waiting for them to all load on the page.. I might get some of it done while I'm chilling up in Columbus, though! I'll be pretty lonely.

Speaking of that.. I need to start doing laundry and get outta town!

Upload them to Shutterfly...they can be easily viewed from there without you having to resize them all. I didn't resize any of mine, I put them on Shutterfly and also Webshots for my signature link.
