Believe it or not, one complained that she had too much time dealing with her kids, the other one said her kids were bored (!?!?!?!) and that it was awful. Let me just say that knowing these two, I wasn't surprised. It's a blessing for DCL that they won't ever have to deal with these folks!

Lisa, some people are or aren't DCL types, sadly. I'd go on DCL again in a heart beat! We all (on this thread would, I hope). Just like the DIS people don't get it or don't have a passion for it like we do. Sorry you had to endure the lashings about DCL with the two other mom's. But you know we're always here for you to chat about DCL to your heart's content!

Is the DIS server running slow for any of you?

Very true, Tae Ja. I was just blown away because I fell so in love with all things DCL two weeks ago and I know for me, there's no turning back.

I took Teia's braids out today. I can't believe the amount of hair that came out with them. I read that there'd be a lot but it still was shocking to see. She's not bald though, so we're ready to set sail and get a new set.

No I really can't. I seriously just can't get over how much I miss it. I love every little thing about DCL and last time we had rebooked so I wasn't as sad, this time it's really killing me to not be back on that ship

Well, maybe you could use Teia's shedded hair for the birds who are looking to make late season nests? I don't know? Keychain? weird thoughts right now are running through my head obviously....more weird than normal....

It was 80 and sunny here today so I was stting out in the driveway watching all the kids play and soaking up the rays listening to Holly's cd. One of Angelina's friends was like Hey what's up eith this music and I was like touch that cd player and die kid. "and while you're at it go get me a fruity frozen drink". Then John comes out and says "hey can you vacuum the pool?"

Damn fun sponges!!!!!

I took Teia to a birthday party today. The mom who threw the party was talking to another mom about how much they hated DCL! She had asked if I liked it and of course I went on and on about how awesome it was. Then these two moms kept complaining about how they'd never go back, it was so awful, blah blah blah. I almost cried. Here I'm getting all wishy washy because it's been two weeks and I miss it all and they are bashing it! UGGGGH!

Lisa dont let these 2 spoil the magic for you! You can please some people no matter what you do! We all enjoyed it and will go back and those 2 will be the ones missing out on the fun!

That's why we're planning late June ... when do you get out of school? We can always tweak the dates and make it July. I have Jessica looking into dates/rates for us. I am so hooked, I have to get another cruise booked or I'll jump out of my skin!

Fine thanks. Yes she is walking ok. She was a little sore Friday night but better sat and today!

We usually get out around the 21st or 22nd so the last week of June would work for us.
