My wife , two sons and I have been home from our 7 day disney trip for 3 plus weeks and I am having trouble getting back into the swing of reality , does anyone have any tips ? We stayed on site for the first time and had a great experience and we're budgeting for next time .

Buy some Disney World dvd's, Live365 radio search Disney and listen to the park music. And watch to see when the Travel Channel wll be showing Disney shows.

Just keep planning and saving. That feeling doesn't ever go away. The more you go to Disney World, the harder it is to get back into the real world/

I try to have the souvies help....listen to Illuminations CD on drive to work, while sipping coffee from refillable mug......Dopey pajamas or nightshirt......ceramic Dopey mug.....T-shirts and sweatshirts for "after work" clothes (right now I am wearing my "por favor..." t-shirt with a WDW hoodie on top)........Mickey slippers......and of course, reading the Dis!!!!!

It also helps if you know, when you are leaving WDW to come home, that the dates are already chosen for the next trip......:)

This is very hard for me to do as well. When we first come home, I look forward toward working and getting going but after a few days I question why I'm doing this and why we just can't be there all the time. Here are some things I do:
.Reserve the next trip before I leave there! This is important because knowing I'm going back helps get me going each day.
.Plan for the next trip. Yes, I never put away my luggage. Certain things I have bought just for WDW and stay in the luggage. I re-look and think about whether I really need all these things to make the suitcase lighter.
.Read the DIS boards - this helps alot!!! It makes you realize that there are millions of people like us! Also, by, staying on top of what's happening down there it helps make you feel good and like your only a few days away at times.
.Start a hobby (like I did) collecting beautiful pictures of WDW that people post. I have probably got over 5,000 by now.
.Projects: start them around the house to make the time go by faster. Between family, work and projects, we've just eaten up 8 months since our last trip quickly! For example, I painted the whole house by hand last year and it took about 2 months after work and on weekends!
hope that helps. If not, I'm sure others will have some tips!

Good Luck!:surfweb::thumbsup2
