That's the other thing, I opted out of medicine besides aleve or ibprophen. The meds available to me didn't work well for me. Made me feel worse than the actual disease.
I am right there with you...hated the medicine and tried many. I stick to Aleve and find that to be what works best for me. I am able to work everyday but miss more work than I used to. If this helps, these are a few of the things I do while at Disney. Humidity is what does me in as far as fatigue. Of course, many people get tired with humidity but since my fibro it seems worse and there is still humidity in January at WDW. The things that are key are taking breaks such as a sit down meal to get out of the heat/humidity and rest. Sometimes, I just get an iced coffee and sit on a shaded bench while my family rides a few of the rides that I don't want to ride (they come back and pick me up when they are done). If it isn't time for a meal then perhaps go to the shows if you need a break. For example, Magic Kingdom has Country Bear Jamboree, Monsters Inc. Laugh Floor, Mickey's PhilharMagic or the Hall of Presidents. Just know that it is ok to go back to the hotel early or get to the parks later than the rest of your party. It's really hard to plan outside of "generally speaking" because we never know which days will be bad days. You know your body best and just listen to it while you are there. I hope you have a great trip!
