Disney Wish Photo Packages

I was wondering how the Photobook package works on the Wish without Shutters, I believe it's done on the app. Also how long do you have to put it together, can it be completed after disembarkation or does it need to be completed during the cruise. As far as the other packages are concerned, can we access them later or do we also have to choose which photos we want to keep during cruise? I'm trying to decide between the Unlimited Photo package and the Photobook, I like both and have done both, but don't want to spend a lot of my cruise time deciding on pictures.
