Disney Wish- dining changes and Palo

Hello!!
Does anyone know where they currently are having guests go on embarkation day to try and change dining times? We are waitlisted but I am getting nervous as the cruise approaches. Also I would like to try and change Palo from night 2 to 3 if possible. On the App it doesn’t let me look at what may be available on night 3 since I already have night 2 booked. I am nervous to cancel night 2 to see what night 3 may have available and then not have anything at all! So would I go to Palo at embarkation to change this?? Thank you all!

We were on the DVC Charter and we had to go to Luna to change our dining time for the MDR. I believe they were also doing Palo reservations there.

If you connect to DCL-GUEST Wifi while in the terminal, you can use the DCL app to chat with Guest Services to find out what the location will be on your cruise.
