I purchased a few Disney window displays, years ago. They were made in China. The Mickey and Mini are about 2.5 feet in height and are bubbled out (I am not sure how to describe it), like a blister pack, so they are 3D. My guess is that they were part of a video store or collectible store in the past and have been in the window to show off the stores wares. There is one small hole in the big Mini (on the curved edge of her ear) and 2-3 small cracks on the larger ones, but the smaller ones are perfect.
