ACK, this one took me a while. I sat here for about five minutes, hearing the exact right voice of this character in my head, but I just couldn't figure out who it was!!! I remembered it's Pacha's wife in The Emperor's New Groove (I think her name is Cheeka or something like that )

That's the one! I believe she's the only pregnant character in a Disney film, if you don't count Perdy or Mrs. Dumbo.
